Tektonic AIGenAI agents that automate complex back-office workflows for operations teams.

4.4 (5)

Overview

Tektonic AI builds generative AI agents designed to take on multi-step business processes that typically require human judgment, such as data entry across systems, customer onboarding, billing reconciliation, and CRM updates. The platform aims to reduce the manual workload on revenue and operations teams while improving accuracy and turnaround time. Rather than offering a single chatbot, Tektonic focuses on enterprise-grade agents that can connect to existing tools, follow business rules, and operate with auditability. This makes it suited to companies looking to scale operations without proportionally scaling headcount. Target users include RevOps, finance operations, and customer operations leaders in mid-market and enterprise organizations dealing with high-volume, repetitive but nuanced workflows.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Support for multi-step decision workflows is exactly what I needed, and built with enterprise governance and auditability in mind. I do wish requires integration work to reach full value, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is integrations with CRM, billing, and ERP tools — handled better than most — and can reduce manual operations workload at scale. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and integrates with common enterprise systems. GenAI agents for business process automation fits neatly into how we already work, and audit trails and human-in-the-loop controls removed a step we used to do by hand. Requires integration work to reach full value, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: genAI agents for business process automation and targets complex multi-step workflows, not just simple tasks. Where it lags: enterprise focus may not suit small teams. On balance the feature set — especially enterprise-grade security posture — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is integrations with CRM, billing, and ERP tools — handled better than most — and can reduce manual operations workload at scale. Requires integration work to reach full value is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
