Pretty happy overall. The onboarding just works and it saves real time. Pricing gets steep at scale can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and faster than manual tutorial production. Auto-generated step-by-step guides fits neatly into how we already work, and screen recording to video conversion removed a step we used to do by hand. Learning curve for advanced customization, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Vertical-AI models tuned per industry is exactly what I needed, and built for enterprise security and governance. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
