Overview

Beyond extraction, Stacks applies automation and decisioning logic to recurring workflows such as expense categorization, reconciliation and reporting. The goal is to reduce manual review, speed up close cycles and give operators a clearer real-time picture of company finances. Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Automated transaction categorization is exactly what I needed, and speeds up reconciliation and reporting. I do wish effectiveness depends on data quality, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on automated transaction categorization, and speeds up reconciliation and reporting caught me off guard. Best suited to business users, not individuals is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and centralizes financial data in one place. Integrations with business systems fits neatly into how we already work, and aI-driven financial document processing removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is real-time financial visibility — handled better than most — and supports automated decision workflows. Onboarding may require system integrations is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
