I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is whatsApp conversational automation — handled better than most — and handles both voice and text conversations. Limited public information on pricing and customization is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Campaign and content library management is exactly what I needed, and helps scale reach through employee networks. I do wish value depends on consistent employee participation, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Natural language app generation just works and iterative editing through conversation. Complex custom logic may need manual tweaks can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: agent assist with suggested replies and intent-based ticket routing. Where it lags: initial setup and training required. On balance the feature set — especially performance analytics dashboard — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and simple image-to-video workflow with minimal setup. Cinematic effects and camera-like movements fits neatly into how we already work, and choice between multiple AI video models removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
