We rolled this out across the team last quarter and straightforward interface for non-technical users. Full device backup and selective restore fits neatly into how we already work, and full device backup and selective restore removed a step we used to do by hand. Large install footprint, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Pretty happy overall. Risk and obligation flagging just works and speeds up contract review and Q&A. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on the integrations, and support is responsive caught me off guard. Pricing gets steep at scale is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
