Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on context training for company-specific needs, and reduces need for additional hires caught me off guard. May require oversight for sensitive tasks is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and integrates with common business tools. Context training for company-specific needs fits neatly into how we already work, and integrations with business apps removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Task and workflow configuration is exactly what I needed, and integrates with common business tools. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: task and workflow configuration and reduces need for additional hires. Where it lags: limited track record compared to established platforms. On balance the feature set — especially context training for company-specific needs — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
