Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on agentic AI copilots for multiple domains, and enterprise-grade security and governance caught me off guard. Value depends on quality of existing knowledge sources is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and pre-built agents for IT, HR, and customer service. Integrations with ITSM, CRM, and HRIS platforms fits neatly into how we already work, and agentic AI copilots for multiple domains removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Low-code agent and workflow builder is exactly what I needed, and enterprise-grade security and governance. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
