I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is automated theme and insight extraction — handled better than most — and automates tagging and theme detection. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Workflow automation for renewals and expansions just works and surfaces account health signals and risk indicators. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Local and offline inference is exactly what I needed, and free and open-source with local deployment. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and useful for fast social and marketing content. Text-to-image generation fits neatly into how we already work, and text-to-image generation removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
