I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on performance metrics over time, and convenient self-paced practice caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and useful for pitches and presentations. Practice session recordings fits neatly into how we already work, and real-time speech analysis removed a step we used to do by hand. Effectiveness depends on consistent practice, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Pretty happy overall. Delivery and tone feedback just works and convenient self-paced practice. Cannot fully replace human coaching nuance can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: performance metrics over time and helps reduce filler words and pacing issues. Where it lags: cannot fully replace human coaching nuance. On balance the feature set — especially pacing and tempo tracking — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
