Less mature than established A/B testing platforms is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and reduces escalations to engineering. Context retrieval from code and documentation fits neatly into how we already work, and engineering escalation workflows removed a step we used to do by hand. Limited value for non-technical support use cases, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Inbound call handling and qualification is exactly what I needed, and australian-based provider with local context. I do wish voice AI may need tuning for complex queries, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Highlighting of trending products just works and aI-assisted discovery and categorization. Smaller catalog than major directories can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
