Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Speaker diarization and word-level timestamps is exactly what I needed, and fast, low-latency streaming transcription. I do wish some advanced features limited to higher tiers, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

    Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Browser-based access just works and personalized interpretations for each question. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

    Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is automatic task generation and prioritization — handled better than most — and easy in-browser setup with no installation required. Worth the time if this is your use case.

    Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on the core workflow, and support is responsive caught me off guard. Pricing gets steep at scale is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

    Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: quick drafting workflow and lowers the barrier for non-writers. Where it lags: limited value for highly technical or niche topics. On balance the feature set — especially idea-to-post content generation — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: the dashboard and the value for money is strong. On balance the feature set — especially the core workflow — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
