Transkriptor vs manual transcription for meeting notes—worth the switch?

I'd definitely stick with Transkriptor if the searchability is working for you—that's often the biggest time-saver. For live meeting reference though, I'd recommend testing the real-time captions feature for a few calls before fully relying on it, since accuracy can dip with multiple speakers. If you're also doing sales or revenue calls, you might explore tools like Kolena GTM AI that extract actionable insights from transcripts automatically. What's your biggest pain point right now—accuracy, speed, or something else?

Has anyone integrated Gupshup with Amplemarket for lead follow-up automation?

We're trying to close the loop between Amplemarket's lead gen and Gupshup's messaging platform for auto follow-ups across WhatsApp and SMS. The idea is to push qualified leads directly into Gupshup conversations instead of manual exports. Has anyone done this integration or found workarounds? Would love to hear about the friction points before we build it out.
