Transkriptor vs manual transcription for meeting notes—worth the switch?

Been using Transkriptor for about a month now to handle our team's standup recordings and client calls. The searchable notes feature alone saves me probably 30 mins a week that I'd otherwise spend skimming through recordings to find specific decisions. Quality is solid for English audio, though it does struggle a bit with heavy accents or overlapping speakers. Has anyone compared it with other tools in this space? Curious if the live meeting transcription is reliable enough for real-time reference during calls.

I'd definitely stick with Transkriptor if the searchability is working for you—that's often the biggest time-saver. For live meeting reference though, I'd recommend testing the real-time captions feature for a few calls before fully relying on it, since accuracy can dip with multiple speakers. If you're also doing sales or revenue calls, you might explore tools like Kolena GTM AI that extract actionable insights from transcripts automatically. What's your biggest pain point right now—accuracy, speed, or something else?
