ZenlyticSelf-serve business intelligence powered by an AI data analyst named Zoë.

4.6 (5)

Overview

Zenlytic is a business intelligence platform built around Zoë, an AI assistant that lets non-technical users query company data in plain English. Instead of writing SQL or waiting on an analytics team, employees can ask questions about metrics, customers, or trends and get charts and explanations in seconds. The platform combines a semantic layer with conversational AI, so answers stay grounded in defined business logic rather than guessing at schema. Teams use it for ad-hoc exploration, dashboards, and reporting across sales, marketing, finance, and product data. Zenlytic targets mid-market and enterprise companies that want to scale analytics access without hiring a larger data team, and it integrates with common cloud warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, and Redshift.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Semantic modeling layer is exactly what I needed, and reduces backlog on data and analytics teams. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Warehouse-native connections (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) just works and natural language queries lower the barrier to data access. Pricing geared toward mid-market and enterprise budgets can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on self-serve exploration for business users, and semantic layer keeps AI answers consistent and trustworthy caught me off guard. Setup of semantic models takes upfront effort is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
