Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Custom QA scorecards is exactly what I needed, and combines transcription, analytics, and coaching tools. I do wish requires setup and tuning to match team workflows, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and combines transcription, analytics, and coaching tools. AI call transcription and analysis fits neatly into how we already work, and custom QA scorecards removed a step we used to do by hand. Requires setup and tuning to match team workflows, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Q&A

Do you integrate with my phone system?

Most likely, yes. And if we don't, we want to build the connection. We have seamless integrations for platforms like RingCentral, Aircall, Genesys, and NICE CXone, plus flexible options via Amazon S3, Google Cloud, Azure Blob, and FTP. View all integrations here.

What is the difference between Base, Advanced, and Reasoning LLMs?

Base LLMs (like GPT-4o-mini or Claude Haiku) are fast and cost-effective, perfect for standard QA and summarization. Advanced LLMs (like GPT-4o or Claude 3.5 Sonnet) offer higher nuance for complex or highly subjective questions. Reasoning models (like OpenAI o3) provide top-tier logic for multi-step data extraction or deep compliance checks, but consume more credits per minute to run. You can mix and match which models you use for different scorecards.

Asked by Priya Nair · Nov 2, 2025

How customizable is Voxjar?

Your scorecards are completely customizable. We provide templates to get you started, but expect that you will make them your own. Since we're working with LLMs, Auto-QA is just the tip of the iceberg. You can use Voxjar to automatically extract email addresses for follow-ups, trigger alerts when competitors are mentioned, or identify specific compliance violations.

Asked by Lucas Petit · Oct 17, 2025

Can I use my existing quality assurance scorecards?

Yes. You can recreate your existing rubrics in minutes. You can even use our AI Scorecard Builder to automatically generate a Voxjar scorecard by uploading your current scorecard or describing your criteria to the AI.

Asked by Umar Farooq · Oct 17, 2025

How accurate is the AI?

Accuracy depends on the specific questions, language, audio clarity, and how explicitly your evaluation criteria are defined. By leveraging the latest foundation models, Voxjar delivers highly accurate results that consistently meet or exceed our customers' quality standards. Try it for free to see for yourself.
