Does the job
Pretty happy overall. Knowledge base and ticket history search just works and speeds up ticket resolution. May need tuning to match brand voice can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: integrations with support platforms and reduces repetitive lookup work. Where it lags: requires well-maintained knowledge sources for best results. On balance the feature set — especially knowledge base and ticket history search — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
Skeptical, then convinced
I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on context-aware answer suggestions, and pulls answers from multiple knowledge sources caught me off guard. Pricing not transparent for smaller teams is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Q&A
What happens when Sera can't answer something?
Sera knows her limits. When a request is outside what she’s been trained on, she captures the details and hands off to a human — booking a callback, routing to the right person, or escalating — instead of guessing. You stay in control of when she escalates.
Asked by Kwesi Boateng · Jun 4, 2026
Which channels does Sera handle?
Phone calls, website chat, and email — in one agent with one shared memory. A conversation that starts on chat can finish on a call without the customer repeating themselves.
Asked by Lena Fischer · May 29, 2026
How long does it take to go live?
Most teams are live in under 30 minutes. You sign up, point Sera at your website and docs so she learns your business, and drop her on your number, chat widget, or inbox. No implementation project and no sales call required.
Asked by Ivo Novotný · May 16, 2026
Does Sera connect to the tools we already use?
Yes. Sera plugs into 30+ systems including Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom, Slack, and Gmail, plus a REST API for anything custom. She reads and writes to your CRM, help desk, and calendar so every answer and booking lands where your team already works.

Is our data secure?
Twig is SOC 2 Type II certified, with built-in PII detection and redaction. Your data is encrypted and used only to power your own agent — never to train shared models.
