Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and post-call analytics for coaching. Objection handling suggestions fits neatly into how we already work, and call scoring and performance dashboards removed a step we used to do by hand. Effectiveness depends on call audio quality, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: live call transcription and analysis and tailored to insurance and financial workflows. On balance the feature set — especially integration with CRM and dialer tools — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Live call transcription and analysis is exactly what I needed, and real-time guidance during live calls. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Call scoring and performance dashboards just works and post-call analytics for coaching. Niche focus may not suit general sales teams can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
