Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and works across web, mobile and desktop with syncing. Voice cloning from short audio samples fits neatly into how we already work, and aI text-to-speech with realistic voices removed a step we used to do by hand. Voice cloning raises potential misuse concerns, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
Years in this space
I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is browser extension and mobile apps with cross-device sync — handled better than most — and large selection of natural-sounding voices and languages. Occasional mispronunciations on technical or uncommon words is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Q&A
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
The free tier is a hard cap: when you reach your monthly text-to-speech characters or voice-agent minutes, usage pauses until your next billing cycle (or you upgrade) — there's no auto top-up, so you're never billed for an overage. On Starter, Pro, and Scale there's no hard cap; usage beyond your included allocation draws down your prepaid balance at your plan's rate — text-to-speech at $10 per 1M on Starter, $8 on Pro, and $6 on Scale; voice-agent minutes at $0.075/min on Starter, $0.07/min on Pro, $0.068/min on Scale — with auto top-up keeping that balance funded so production never stalls. We'll notify you as you approach your limits.
Asked by Paulo Cardoso · Jun 18, 2026
Is there a long-term commitment?
No. Self-serve plans (Starter, Pro, and Scale) are month-to-month with no commitment. Enterprise plans can be structured as annual agreements with volume discounts. You can cancel at any time.
Asked by Malik Rasheed · Jun 11, 2026
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're charged a prorated amount for the rest of the cycle. Downgrades (and cancellations) take effect at the end of your current billing term, so you keep what you've already paid for until then.
Asked by Urszula Kowalczyk · May 7, 2026
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as ACH bank transfers for enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Asked by Ulla Nielsen · May 9, 2026
How does billing work?
Paid usage runs on a prepaid balance. You add funds — and can turn on auto top-up to add a set amount whenever the balance drops below a threshold — and we draw it down at the published per-character and per-minute rates, with no opaque credit units and no guessing what a call costs. Your monthly plan fee covers the included allowance; anything beyond it draws from the balance. The free tier has no auto top-up, so it simply stops at its cap.
