Skeptical, then convinced
I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on alerts for unattended customers or delays, and provides measurable operational metrics caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and provides measurable operational metrics. Vehicle movement and inventory monitoring fits neatly into how we already work, and integration with existing surveillance systems removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: performance dashboards and reporting and covers both sales floor and service bays. Where it lags: requires adequate camera coverage to be effective. On balance the feature set — especially integration with existing surveillance systems — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Integration with existing surveillance systems is exactly what I needed, and works with existing camera infrastructure. I do wish insights depend on consistent staff adoption, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
Q&A
What Is Your Service Lane Worth?
Every missed acquisition opportunity, delayed handoff, idle lane moment, and unmeasured process gap carries a cost. SKAIVISION helps dealers turn existing service-lane activity into measurable gross opportunity, stronger throughput, and better profitability per team member. Book a Service Lane ROI Review
Asked by Jovana Petrovic · May 29, 2026
Is SKAIVISION just another AI chatbot?
No. SKAIVISION is not just another AI chatbot or generic AI tool. SKAIVISION starts with what is physically happening in the dealership. The platform uses camera-based computer vision to detect service-lane activity, vehicle movement, dwell time, missed handoffs, and acquisition opportunities. Customer messaging and workflow automation may be part of the process, but the core value comes from helping the dealership see and act on real-world activity in real time.
Asked by Emeka Obi · May 22, 2026
Does SKAIVISION work with the cameras we already have?
In many cases, yes. SKAIVISION is designed to work with existing dealership camera infrastructure when the camera placement, coverage, and video quality meet deployment requirements. A SKAIVISION demo or site review can help determine whether the current camera setup is ready or whether adjustments would improve performance.
Asked by Lucas Petit · May 9, 2026
What systems can SKAIVISION integrate with?
SKAIVISION can support integrations with dealership systems such as DMS, CRM, inventory, service, messaging, and reporting platforms, depending on the dealership's configuration and integration availability. Integration scope should be confirmed during discovery because each dealership's technology stack and permissions may be different.
Asked by Odalys Reyes · May 5, 2026
Is SKAIVISION secure?
SKAIVISION is built for dealership operational environments and is SOC 2 Type II certified. Security, access, data handling, and integration requirements should be reviewed during deployment planning so the platform can be configured appropriately for the dealership's environment.
