Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Inbox prioritization just works and summarizes long threads quickly. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on workflow automation, and saves time on routine email replies caught me off guard. Yes. Serif connects to Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 through their official APIs — your personal inbox or shared addresses like info@ and support@ — or you can give Serif an address of its own. Nothing about your email setup changes.

Will it sound like me?

Yes. Serif learns from emails you've already sent, so it picks up your tone, your phrasing, and how you talk to different people. Most customers can't tell the difference. Yours won't either.

I am not technical. Is this for me?
