Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and consistent evaluation criteria across candidates. Customizable screening criteria fits neatly into how we already work, and candidate shortlisting and scoring removed a step we used to do by hand. Less effective for highly specialized or senior roles, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: customizable screening criteria and faster shortlisting for high-volume roles. Where it lags: requires careful setup to avoid bias. On balance the feature set — especially candidate shortlisting and scoring — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is skills and experience matching — handled better than most — and consistent evaluation criteria across candidates. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Q&A

How is this different from hiring a VA or lead gen agency?

VAs are manual (doesn't scale), agencies are blackbox (you don't own the system). Unlike agencies that disappear into a blackbox, we work as an extension of your team — full visibility into every campaign, every message, every result.

Asked by Nils Johansson · Apr 18, 2026

How long until we see results?

Most clients book first meetings within 2 weeks. Full campaign launch within 14 days.

Asked by Tunde Balogun · Apr 17, 2026

Do we need technical skills?

No. Done-For-You = we handle everything. Done-With-You = we train your team.

Asked by Aisha Khan · Mar 23, 2026

Do you have control over what gets sent?

Yes, always. Nothing sends without your explicit approval. Every campaign is reviewed before it goes out so your name is never attached to outreach you wouldn't send yourself.

Asked by Amara Chukwu · Jan 23, 2026

How is this different from hiring SDRs?

A senior sales rep costs $120K+/year. AIPoint costs half of that and we act like we're on your team from day one.
