Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is aI resume parsing and candidate matching — handled better than most — and purpose-built for recruitment agencies. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Client and contact CRM with deal tracking is exactly what I needed, and intuitive interface with quick onboarding. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: email sequences and bulk outreach and strong integrations with email and LinkedIn. Where it lags: pricing may be high for solo recruiters. On balance the feature set — especially aI resume parsing and candidate matching — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Email sequences and bulk outreach just works and combines ATS and CRM in one system. Reporting depth varies by plan can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
