Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: use case discovery and prioritization and end-to-end implementation support. On balance the feature set — especially aI strategy and roadmap consulting — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. AI strategy and roadmap consulting just works and workforce training included. Service-based rather than self-serve product can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. AI strategy and roadmap consulting is exactly what I needed, and focus on enterprise-scale use cases. I do wish likely requires significant budget, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Q&A

Who is Phos AI Labs for?

For business owners, operators and decision makers at companies doing $5M–$50M+ in annual revenue that are ready to make the decisions that will help their operations, workflows and teams run on AI.

Asked by Lior Ben-David · Dec 29, 2025

What if our team already uses ChatGPT or Claude?

It means people at your organization know AI works. What is missing is a system built around how your company actually works; one everyone uses, connected to your tools and built for your specific company needs.

Asked by Yuki Kobayashi · Dec 6, 2025

Are you a dev shop?

We are a consulting firm that designs your company-wide AI strategy and implements it alongside your team. If that means building custom technology, we build it. If it means deploying AI tools, training your team, or redesigning a workflow; we do that too. Everything shaped around your specific operation. The strategy decides the work, not the other way around.

Asked by Sanjay Gupta · Dec 6, 2025

How much does an engagement cost?

Engagements start at $10K per month. A single-team scope sits at that floor; companies working across multiple departments typically invest $20K–$50K per month. We understand your business first and recommend a starting point based on where the leverage is highest.

Asked by Marcus Bell · Nov 20, 2025

How long does it take to see results?

One month. By the end of the first phase, your team is working differently and the results are visible in the workflows they run every day. Every phase is built to deliver a real change before the next one begins; the work compounds from week one.
