Overview

The Pal Breed Calc is a tool designed for players of the game Palworld, specifically for calculating the breeding results of Pals. It allows users to pick two parent Pals to see their child or select a target Pal to see every parent combination, providing instant results without requiring sign-up. The calculator is based on verified Palworld 1.0 combination data, ensuring accurate results. The tool offers two main lookups: parents to child and child to parents. For the parents to child lookup, users can select Parent A and Parent B, and the calculator will display the child species, its elements, and whether a mutated version can appear. The parent order does not matter, as swapping Parent A and Parent B will always return the same child. For the child to parents lookup, users can select a target Pal, and the calculator will list every parent pair that produces it in Palworld 1.0. This feature helps players find the cheapest route to breed their desired Pal by scanning the list for Pals already in their Palbox. The calculator reproduces the exact 1.0 formula used in Palworld, which averages the CombiRank values of the two parent Pals and rounds the result to determine the child species. It also takes into account 164 special breeding combos that override the formula entirely. Additionally, the calculator recognizes that 28 Pals, including Legendaries and tower bosses, can only breed true with another Pal of the same species. The Pal Breed Calc also supports breeding with Terraria collab Pals, allowing players to use them as parents with regular Pals. Overall, the tool provides a convenient and accurate way for Palworld players to plan and execute their Pal breeding strategies.

Q&A

Is this breeding calculator updated for Palworld 1.0?

Yes. Every result comes from the revised Palworld 1.0 combination table - 299 Pals including the Terraria collab creatures, all 164 special breeding combinations, and the 28 Pals that only breed true. Early Access combos that changed in 1.0 are already corrected here, and we re-verify the data whenever Pocketpair ships new Pals.

Asked by Noelia Campos · Nov 18, 2025

How do I find the child of two Pals?

Select Find the Child, then pick Parent A and Parent B by name or Paldeck number. The child species appears instantly. Parent order does not matter, and because the 1.0 formula is deterministic, the same pair always produces the same species.

Asked by Piotr Baranowski · Nov 17, 2025

What changed about breeding in Palworld 1.0?

Palworld 1.0 launched on July 10, 2026 and rebuilt breeding from the ground up. Pocketpair’s release notes state that the breeding combination table was completely revised to match game progression, and more than 70 new Pals were inserted into the breeding order. The practical consequence: combos memorized from Early Access - or copied from a chart that has not been updated - will quietly steer you wrong. Every result on this page comes from current 1.0 data only.

Asked by Elif Yildiz · Nov 19, 2025

How do I breed a specific Pal in Palworld 1.0?

Select Find the Parents and choose your target. The calculator lists every parent combination that produces it - often dozens or hundreds. Pick the pair closest to what you already own, assign a male and a female to a Breeding Farm with Cake, and hatch the egg.

Asked by Omar Haddad · Nov 15, 2025

What are special breeding combinations?

Palworld 1.0 has 164 fixed combinations that override the normal breeding formula - for example Relaxaurus + Sparkit = Relaxaurus Lux. Most subspecies variants can only be obtained through these hardcoded pairs, and this calculator includes every one of them.
