Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on pre-built wealth management templates, and integrates with legacy and modern systems caught me off guard. Geared toward enterprise rather than individuals is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is audit and compliance tracking — handled better than most — and handles unstructured documents with AI. Implementation may require professional services is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. System and data integrations just works and industry-specific automation for financial services. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and handles unstructured documents with AI. Audit and compliance tracking fits neatly into how we already work, and workflow and process automation removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Pre-built wealth management templates is exactly what I needed, and integrates with legacy and modern systems. I do wish implementation may require professional services, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Q&A

How long does it take to go live with JIFFYAI?

JIFFYAI's solutions deploy in under 8 weeks for most firms. The Engagement AI suite is built on a proprietary no‑code platform, allowing ops teams to configure workflows, AI behaviors, forms, and integrations without engineering resources. This contrasts with legacy onboarding and CRM implementations that typically take 6–12 months, enabling firms to achieve measurable operational improvements before the quarter ends with minimal IT dependency.

Asked by Dalia Haddad · Apr 22, 2026

Has JIFFYAI been featured on any WealthTech industry podcasts?

Yes. Babu Sivadasan, CEO of JIFFYAI, was a featured guest on Episode 340 of the WealthTech Today podcast, hosted by Craig Iskowitz of Ezra Group. In the episode titled "No Code, No Problem: How AI Is Rewiring the Advisor Tech Stack," Babu discussed the architectural logic behind JIFFYAI's no‑code platform, the challenge of unifying onboarding across 98 registration types and multiple custodians, and the AI Advisor Companion currently in beta.

JIFFYAI is built for wealth management firms of all types — RIAs, broker-dealers, banks and trusts, and family offices. The Engagement AI suite serves these firms through five core solutions: Unified Onboarding — Digital, end-to-end client onboarding that eliminates manual paperwork and accelerates time to funded account; Account Servicing — Streamlined post-onboarding workflows that keep client records accurate and service requests moving without ops bottlenecks; Universal Desktop — A unified advisor workspace that surfaces the right client context, tasks, and insights in one place; AI Advisor Companion — An always‑on AI assistant that helps advisors prepare for their day: meeting prep, automated note‑taking, follow‑up scheduling, client reviews, and compliance‑ready documentation, improving advisor efficiency by 40% or more; Unified Data Warehouse — The intelligence layer that aggregates, normalizes, and connects data across custodians, CRMs, planning tools, and other systems into a single source of truth, enabling every other solution to work with accurate, real‑time client data. Together, these solutions allow wealth firms to scale operations, deepen client relationships, and free advisors to focus on advice — not administration.

Asked by Chidi Okonkwo · Feb 12, 2026

What is JIFFYAI and what does it do?

JIFFYAI empowers wealth management firms to unify data, uplift client experiences, and unlock advisor capacity through its Engagement AI suite. Wealth firms today face a fragmented technology landscape — disconnected systems, manual workflows, and limited real-time visibility into client data make it difficult to deliver a consistent, high-quality advisor and client experience. Built on a centralized data foundation that aggregates information from custodians, CRMs, and other enterprise systems, JIFFYAI provides a single source of truth across the organization, and connects every stage of the advisor and client journey. The Engagement AI suite—including Unified Onboarding, Account Servicing, and Universal Desktop—streamlines operations, improves efficiency, and enhances engagement throughout the client lifecycle. JIFFYAI's Agentic AI capabilities further empower advisors with intelligent planning, scheduling, meeting preparation, insights, and workflow automation, enabling firms to scale personalized service, drive growth, and achieve operational excellence.
