Skeptical, then convinced
I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on cited, traceable AI-generated answers, and source citations support verification caught me off guard. Enterprise focus limits access for smaller teams is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and handles large, unstructured document sets. Enterprise-grade security and permissions fits neatly into how we already work, and workflow automation and templates removed a step we used to do by hand. Enterprise focus limits access for smaller teams, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: workflow automation and templates and source citations support verification. Where it lags: enterprise focus limits access for smaller teams. On balance the feature set — especially search across private and public data sources — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Years in this space
I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is enterprise-grade security and permissions — handled better than most — and handles large, unstructured document sets. Learning curve for advanced matrix workflows is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
Q&A
Is pricing public, and is Hebbia accessible to smaller teams?
Pricing is not publicly disclosed, as Hebbia is positioned as an enterprise platform with enterprise-grade security and permissions. This focus may limit accessibility for smaller teams, and the advanced matrix workflow interface also comes with a learning curve.
