Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and centralizes skills, availability, and performance data. Automated workforce scheduling and routing fits neatly into how we already work, and performance-based recommendation refinement removed a step we used to do by hand. Effectiveness depends on quality of input data, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
Does the job
Pretty happy overall. Integration with HR and operations tools just works and automates time-consuming matching and scheduling tasks. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Years in this space
I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is integration with HR and operations tools — handled better than most — and automates time-consuming matching and scheduling tasks. Worth the time if this is your use case.
Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Skills and availability tracking is exactly what I needed, and data-driven recommendations improve talent-to-role fit. I do wish may require integration work with existing HR systems, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Q&A
Where is our data hosted?
EU-hosted, GDPR-first. Every agent action is logged and inspectable in the Control Room. Built for the EU AI Act.
Asked by Xander de Vries · Jan 19, 2026
Do we have to replace our ATS?
No. Globus is a full AI Agent ATS on its own, but it also plugs into Bullhorn, Mercury xRM, Salesforce, JobAdder, Vincere and others. Start with one agent alongside your existing stack, scale when it's working, and switch over only when you're ready — or never.
Asked by Margaret Whitfield · Jan 13, 2026
How long does rollout take?
Most customers go live with their first AI Agent inside six weeks. We start with the workflow that hurts most, prove it out, and add more agents as the team gets comfortable.
Asked by Sarai Cohen · Jan 8, 2026
Will Globus replace our recruiters?
Yes — the ones who don't learn to work with AI. The recruiters who stay focus on what AI can't do: building networks, winning customers, talking to candidates. AI Agents handle the admin around it — sourcing, screening, scheduling, chasing documents — so each recruiter can run roughly ten times the desk they ran before. The grind moves to the agents. The relationships stay with the humans.
