Does the job

Pretty happy overall. AI-based document and email parsing just works and handles emails and attachments. Pricing scales with document volume can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is custom parser creation and training — handled better than most — and handles emails and attachments. Setup requires some training samples is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and handles emails and attachments. Workflow automation and scheduling fits neatly into how we already work, and oCR for scanned files removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Zapier and Make integrations is exactly what I needed, and custom parsers for varied document types. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: custom parser creation and training and reduces manual data entry time. Where it lags: setup requires some training samples. On balance the feature set — especially workflow automation and scheduling — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Q&A

The tool claims 99.7 % accuracy on standard invoices and similar documents, though accuracy may drop on highly complex layouts; custom parsers require training samples to achieve optimal results.
