Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: document and PDF ingestion and trains on multiple source types. On balance the feature set — especially knowledge base-driven responses — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Custom chatbot deployment just works and trains on multiple source types. Limited transparency on supported integrations can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Automated customer interactions is exactly what I needed, and useful for support and internal knowledge. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is custom chatbot deployment — handled better than most — and trains on multiple source types. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Q&A

What website builders are compatible with Chatagents?

Chatagents works with all major website builders. You can add your chatbot to websites built on WordPress, Drupal, Squarespace, Webflow, Wix, Shopify, Joomla, Ghost, or any custom HTML site. If the platform allows you to add a small script or HTML snippet, your chatbot is compatible.

How do the AI chatbots learn our brand's content?

Your chatbot learns only from the content you choose to provide. You can add website URLs, business documents, product sheets, FAQs, or internal notes to your Knowledge Base. The chatbot uses this information to deliver accurate and context-specific replies. Chatagents does not use your content to train or improve any global AI models, and your data remains private within your workspace.

Do I need technical skills to create a chatbot?

No, Chatagents is built for non-technical teams. You can create, train, and deploy a fully functional AI chatbot using a guided interface. Adding your knowledge sources, adjusting settings, and embedding the chatbot can be done entirely through point-and-click steps.
