I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on workflow automation across agents, and reduces complexity of managing multiple agents caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Workflow automation across agents is exactly what I needed, and centralized orchestration and workflow control. I do wish may be overkill for simple use cases, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: workflow automation across agents and scales from one assistant to multi-agent teams. On balance the feature set — especially integration with external tools and APIs — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
