Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Website, PDF, and document ingestion is exactly what I needed, and trains on your own content for grounded answers. I do wish limited deep customization without API work, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on custom GPT chatbot trained on your data, and customizable branding and UI caught me off guard. I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is conversation analytics and lead capture — handled better than most — and trains on your own content for grounded answers.
