Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: personal symptom journaling and simple alert-based interface. Where it lags: not a substitute for medical care. On balance the feature set — especially barometric pressure tracking and forecasting — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
Years in this space
I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is trend history and analytics — handled better than most — and simple alert-based interface. Worth the time if this is your use case.
Skeptical, then convinced
I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on 24-48 hour advance notifications, and early warning window of 24-48 hours caught me off guard. Not a substitute for medical care is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Does the job
Pretty happy overall. Barometric pressure tracking and forecasting just works and simple alert-based interface. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
