Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is workflow automation for agents and brokers — handled better than most — and tailored specifically for real estate workflows. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and supports faster client communication. Real estate-specific knowledge base fits neatly into how we already work, and automated status updates and reminders removed a step we used to do by hand. Effectiveness depends on quality of input documents, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on deadline and milestone tracking, and tailored specifically for real estate workflows caught me off guard. Effectiveness depends on quality of input documents is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Automated status updates and reminders just works and helps track deadlines and transaction milestones. May require integration with existing CRM or tools can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Q&A

Ava, can you read my inbox?

Yes. Ava connects to your email and finds every message relevant to each deal, even when there is no address in the subject line. She matches emails to the right transaction file by context, pulls in any attached documents, and organizes everything by deal so your inbox is already sorted when you open your laptop.
