Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and integrates with common helpdesks. Analytics and performance insights fits neatly into how we already work, and knowledge base integration removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on analytics and performance insights, and multi-channel support coverage caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: knowledge base integration and real-time agent assistance. On balance the feature set — especially conversation summarization — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Q&A

How does Auralis pricing work?

Auralis pricing has three parts: a one-time setup fee that covers data ingestion, training, and deployment; a monthly platform subscription that scales with your conversation volume; and optional enterprise add-ons such as voice AI, custom integrations, or private deployment. Every plan is fully managed — build, ongoing optimization, and reporting are included.

Asked by Priya Nair · Sep 9, 2025

What's included in the one-time setup fee?

Our team ingests and cleans your knowledge base and historical tickets, trains the AI on your data and brand voice, connects your helpdesk and other systems, and runs QA through to production go-live. Setup starts at $2,500 for Launch and $5,000 for Growth; the exact figure is confirmed in a short scoping call.

Asked by Xander de Vries · Sep 5, 2025

What's the difference between Launch and Growth?

Launch (from $1,000/mo) covers a customer-facing AI chatbot on your website plus native helpdesk Agent Assist for your team — the right starting point for a first production deployment. Growth (from $2,500/mo) is the full platform: deep helpdesk integration with live agent handoff, training on your past tickets with automated QA, unlimited internal agent-assist searches, a unified knowledge center, and higher included conversation volume.

Asked by Victor Nguyen · Aug 15, 2025

How does conversation volume pricing work?

Each plan includes a set volume of conversations. As demand grows, you add capacity in blocks — no re-contracting and no overage surprises. You only pay for capacity as you grow.

Asked by Damian Wysocki · Aug 6, 2025

Can I cancel my subscription?

Plans are annual subscriptions with monthly cancellation flexibility — if Auralis isn't delivering, you aren’t locked in for the year.
