Overview

Anyrow is an AI-native platform designed to automate and streamline business operations from end to end. It connects workflows, data, and decision-making across teams so routine processes can run with minimal manual oversight. The platform aims to replace fragmented tools and scripts with a unified system where AI agents handle tasks such as data entry, reporting, coordination, and process orchestration. Teams can configure automations around their existing operations rather than rebuilding workflows from scratch. Anyrow targets companies looking to scale operational capacity without proportionally scaling headcount, offering a centralized layer for managing automated work alongside human input.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and scales capacity without added headcount. Configurable automation templates fits neatly into how we already work, and workflow orchestration across teams removed a step we used to do by hand. Best suited for ops-heavy organizations, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Centralized monitoring of automated tasks just works and covers end-to-end operational workflows. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is configurable automation templates — handled better than most — and aI-native design built for automation. Pricing and integrations not always transparent is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Q&A

What is Anyrow?

Anyrow is an AI document extraction platform with native structured storage. Drop a PDF, email, photo, or call recording — rows land typed, validated, and source-cited in a relational database you can query, edit, and sync. One product replaces the common Parseur + Airtable + Zapier stack.

Asked by Lucas Petit · Nov 5, 2025

How is Anyrow different from Parseur, Airtable, and Zapier?

Parseur extracts, Airtable stores, Zapier glues — three tools, three bills, brittle integrations. Anyrow runs all three jobs against one schema. Your extraction model, your table, and your sync rules share the same columns, which means no mismatch at ingest and no copy-paste at export.

Asked by Adaeze Uche · Oct 30, 2025

Does Anyrow support voice, email, and web inputs in addition to PDFs?

Yes. Anyrow ingests PDFs, scanned images, emails (forward or IMAP), voice recordings, phone calls, and URLs. Every input is routed through the same schema-enforced extractor, so a call transcript and an invoice PDF both land as typed rows in the same table if that matches your schema.

Asked by Jana Krejčí · Oct 23, 2025

How accurate is Anyrow extraction?

Per-field confidence is returned on every extraction. Low-confidence fields route to a review queue so humans only touch edge cases. On typical production workloads (invoices, receipts, contracts), accepted-without-edit rate exceeds 95% — measurable in your own dashboard, not a marketing claim.

Asked by Xiomara Delgado · Sep 10, 2025

Is there a free plan and do I need a credit card?

Yes. The free plan gives 150 extractions per month, 3 tables, 5,000 rows, and CSV export. No credit card required at signup. Upgrade to Pro ($49/mo) or Scale ($199/mo) only when your volume exceeds free limits.
