What is peak limiting and should I enable it?
Peak limiting prevents the normalized audio from exceeding −1 dBTP, which avoids inter-sample clipping when the file is encoded to MP3 or AAC. Enable peak limiting when normalizing audio for streaming or broadcast. Disable it only if you need the maximum possible gain without any ceiling.
