Overview

Robylon AI is a customer support automation platform that combines AI agents with human-in-the-loop review to resolve tickets across chat, email, voice, and ticketing channels. It aims to handle high volumes of repetitive queries while routing complex cases to human experts. The platform integrates with common helpdesk and CRM tools, learning from past tickets and knowledge bases to deliver context-aware responses. Its hybrid model is designed to give teams the speed of automation without sacrificing the accuracy and trust required in customer-facing interactions. Robylon typically charges based on successful resolutions, aligning costs with outcomes rather than seat counts, which can suit support teams looking to scale without proportional headcount growth.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is human-in-the-loop quality assurance — handled better than most — and hybrid AI plus human review improves accuracy. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on multi-channel support automation, and integrates with major helpdesk platforms caught me off guard. Human review can add latency on edge cases is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Analytics and resolution tracking is exactly what I needed, and pay-per-resolution pricing model. I do wish best suited for teams with high ticket volume, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: helpdesk and CRM integrations and hybrid AI plus human review improves accuracy. On balance the feature set — especially human-in-the-loop quality assurance — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and integrates with major helpdesk platforms. Analytics and resolution tracking fits neatly into how we already work, and helpdesk and CRM integrations removed a step we used to do by hand. Human review can add latency on edge cases, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Analytics and resolution tracking just works and pay-per-resolution pricing model. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Q&A

How does Robylon's pricing compare to competitors like Intercom, Zendesk, or Freshdesk?

Robylon is designed to be significantly more affordable at every tier. For context: Intercom's AI resolution costs $0.99 each, Zendesk charges $1.50–$2.00 per resolution, and their agent seats range from $55–$169/seat/month. Robylon's effective cost per AI resolution is $0.10–$0.30 — still 3–10x cheaper than competitors. Live Agent Seats start at just $19/seat/month, and features like AI Copilot that competitors charge separately for are included in Robylon's Pro and Expert seat tiers. The Starter plan with 300 credits/month is also something most competitors don't offer at all — you can go live with a working AI agent before committing to a larger plan.

What add-ons are available, and do I need any of them to get started?

No add-ons are required to get started — every plan is fully functional out of the box. As you grow, two optional add-ons are available: • Custom Domains ($49/mo): Use your own branded domain for the AI agent widget, embed script, and shareable links. • Remove Branding ($29/mo): Remove the "Powered by Robylon" badge from your customer-facing widget and iframe. Both add-ons receive a 10% discount on annual billing.

Asked by Idris Suleiman · May 17, 2026

Do I need to buy Live Agent Seats, or can I use Robylon with just AI agents?

You can absolutely use Robylon with just AI agents and no human agent seats. Many customers start this way — the AI agent handles 70–90% of queries, and the rest are escalated via integrations to existing tools like Freshdesk, Zendesk, or Zoho Desk. Live Agent Seats are for teams that want to handle escalated conversations directly within Robylon's built-in inbox, with features like AI Copilot, sentiment analysis, and unified customer context. It's entirely optional.

Asked by Stella Papadopoulos · May 15, 2026

What happens when I run out of credits?

You'll receive notifications when your credit balance drops to 50%, again at 20%, and once more when credits are fully exhausted. When you need more credits, you have two options: upgrade to a higher credit tier within your plan, or purchase additional credit bundles of 1,000 credits for $25 each. Your live agent inbox remains fully operational regardless of your credit balance — only AI agent responses are paused until credits are replenished.

Asked by Nadia Petrova · Apr 11, 2026

Is there an annual billing discount?

Yes. Workspace plans billed annually receive a discount compared to monthly billing, along with a 10% discount on add-ons. Annual billing is available on all paid plans.
