I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on integrated last-mile delivery, and supports local and physical retailers caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is hybrid online-to-offline workflow — handled better than most — and supports local and physical retailers. Worth the time if this is your use case.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and covers the full path from search to last-mile delivery. Conversational purchase assistance fits neatly into how we already work, and hybrid online-to-offline workflow removed a step we used to do by hand. Availability tied to participating stores and regions, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
