Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: appointment scheduling and reminders and handles calls 24/7 without hold times. Where it lags: voice AI may struggle with complex or emotional calls. On balance the feature set — especially hIPAA-aware design for healthcare — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Pretty happy overall. Appointment scheduling and reminders just works and reduces front desk workload. Voice AI may struggle with complex or emotional calls can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
Skeptical, then convinced
I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on hIPAA-aware design for healthcare, and purpose-built for medical practices caught me off guard. Limited to healthcare use cases is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
Years in this space
I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is hIPAA-aware design for healthcare — handled better than most — and handles calls 24/7 without hold times. Voice AI may struggle with complex or emotional calls is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
