Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and adaptive questions improve completion rates. AI-powered dynamic question logic fits neatly into how we already work, and integration-ready data export removed a step we used to do by hand. AI-driven flows may need tuning for niche use cases, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: response analytics and insights and useful for surveys, lead gen, and feedback. Where it lags: less established than mainstream form builders. On balance the feature set — especially customizable templates and branding — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
