Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Voice and multi-channel integrations just works and combines code-first and low-code workflows. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is natural language understanding engine — handled better than most — and combines code-first and low-code workflows. Steeper learning curve than no-code builders is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: rasa Studio low-code interface and on-premise deployment for data privacy. On balance the feature set — especially conversation analytics and testing tools — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
