Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on real-time progress tracking, and delivers consistent onboarding experiences caught me off guard. May need human oversight for sensitive cases is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: real-time progress tracking and delivers consistent onboarding experiences. Where it lags: effectiveness depends on quality of input content. On balance the feature set — especially real-time progress tracking — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
