Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and tailored to the Chilean job market. Focus on the local Chilean labor market fits neatly into how we already work, and aI-based candidate matching and ranking removed a step we used to do by hand. AI matching quality depends on data and job specificity, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Automated resume screening just works and helps reduce manual screening workload. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on focus on the local Chilean labor market, and helps reduce manual screening workload caught me off guard. Limited public information on pricing and integrations is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
