Skeptical, then convinced
I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on conversational AI agents trained on custom knowledge, and trainable on custom documents and data caught me off guard. Voice and high-volume usage can hit quota limits is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is integration with Jotform forms and 100+ third-party apps — handled better than most — and integrates with Jotform's existing form and workflow tools. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: drag-and-drop agent builder and templates and integrates with Jotform's existing form and workflow tools. On balance the feature set — especially integration with Jotform forms and 100+ third-party apps — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is chat, voice, SMS, and WhatsApp channels — handled better than most — and trainable on custom documents and data. Best suited to users already in the Jotform ecosystem is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
