Honestly depends on your volume. Below a certain scale AI Dirs is overkill; we got further with something lighter and only upgraded later.
Tried Kolena Insurance AI for exactly this. Great for the 80% case, but we hit limits on the edge workflows and ended up scripting around it. Still net positive.
