We rolled this out across the team last quarter and handles high transaction volumes consistently. Order validation and error checking fits neatly into how we already work, and status tracking and updates removed a step we used to do by hand. Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Status tracking and updates is exactly what I needed, and reduces manual data entry and human error. I do wish limited public detail on pricing and integrations, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
