I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is guided mindfulness and reflection exercises — handled better than most — and combines conversation with structured exercises. Limited handling of serious mental health crises is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

AI-powered dynamic question logic fits neatly into how we already work, and integration-ready data export removed a step we used to do by hand. AI-driven flows may need tuning for niche use cases, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
