I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on cited, traceable AI-generated answers, and source citations support verification caught me off guard. Enterprise focus limits access for smaller teams is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and support is responsive. The automation fits neatly into how we already work, and the integrations removed a step we used to do by hand. Pricing gets steep at scale, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. AI-driven decision support is exactly what I needed, and automates repetitive business tasks. I do wish best suited to structured processes, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is customizable scripts and escalation logic — handled better than most — and handles high call volumes without staffing constraints. May struggle with highly complex or emotional conversations is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: automation opportunity identification and dramatically reduces process discovery time. On balance the feature set — especially aI-powered process discovery — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
