Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Role-specific skill assessments is exactly what I needed, and reduces sourcing and screening workload. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is pre-vetted developer and tech talent pool — handled better than most — and access to a large pool of pre-vetted tech candidates. Quality of matches depends on role specificity is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Pretty happy overall. Pre-vetted developer and tech talent pool just works and reduces sourcing and screening workload. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and access to a large pool of pre-vetted tech candidates. Role-specific skill assessments fits neatly into how we already work, and aI-driven candidate matching and ranking removed a step we used to do by hand. Primarily focused on tech roles, limited for other functions, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on human recruiter curation of shortlists, and reduces sourcing and screening workload caught me off guard. Pricing may be high for very small teams is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
