Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: team sharing of automations and reusable and shareable automations. Where it lags: less flexible than custom-coded automations. On balance the feature set — especially team sharing of automations — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and reusable and shareable automations. Workflow playback and replay fits neatly into how we already work, and quick deployment of recorded tasks removed a step we used to do by hand. May require cleanup or editing after recording, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

How branded can the proposal get?

One-to-one with your existing format: logo, colors, section structure. About 80 percent is standard; the remaining 20 percent is set during onboarding. CopyCat does the configuration, not your team.
